Completely ripped off.To be fair they were busy, so I placed my order and sat n waited. After an extremely long time I enquired about my order which no longer seemed to exist, despite me having paid £40+They asked me what I'd ordered and when I started telling them they refused to believe me.I had no receipt but produced a withdrawal receipt showing I had just taken money out of the bank. They still refused to believe me so I walked out in disgust.Absolute theft.

Been going here for years. However I am fed up with getting reheated food from the night before! It's dry, hard on the teeth, pretty horrible, goes in the bin most of the time. Surely they shouldn't be doing that? Also when I phone an order, the guys always says without fail 2 seconds please, then takes ages to come back on the phone to take my order.

Been coming here for years and never had one complaint up until tonight, forgot our pakora and chilli sauce, garlic chapati's were stale and my Donner Calzone was dry and had chunks taken out of it like it had been punched by them before boxing up for delivery. Didn't answer the phone when we tried to phone back and explain that we weren't happy. Definitely went downhill recently and has put us off eating there again.

What a major disappointment. Ordered a takeaway for the fam, consisting of Chicken biriani, chicken tikka masala, chicken tikka naan kebab and chicken pakoras. The chicken tikka masala was the worst I’d ever tasted. It was for my daughter who decided a bowl of Alpen was a tastier option, and refused to eat it. Surely it can’t be that bad, I thought? Then I tasted it. Bad. Here’s my thoughts on what was in the masala sauce - cheese, white fish, yesterdays chicken tikka, all in a pink creamy sauce. Take a moment to think what that would actually taste like? If you had offered to give me the meal for free, we still would not have eaten it. The chicken biriani was only slightly better. The wife said it was bland, tasteless and the vegetable curry was like blended baby food. Again, consigned to the brown bin. I had the chicken tikka naan kebab. It was ok, but only ok, spoilt by old dry chicken. The pakora did not get any complaints, mind, but my son was very hungry. In summary the bad tasting food was not lingering on my tongue as much as the bad taste left by wasting over £40 on bad food that ended up in the bin. Walk across the road to Tesco and get a ready meal curry - you’ll thank me.

used to love the chicken pakora and pizzas pakora had hardly any batter and was not as tasty the pizza was greasy and they don't do prawn cocktail anymore I've used for about 10 years and never had a problem so god knows what's changed

Ordered two Kebabs from them. It was overcrowded but the service was polite and friendly. £19 for two kebabs I thought was quite steep but I had heard of good reviews. I had ordered a lamb tikka kebab and a chicken pakora kebab. There were 4 small cuts of lamb on mine with curdled mint sauce. There were 3 bits of pakora on the other and the naan had mould on it. Both kebabs were cold and stale. Straight in the bin. Will not be back at all.

Awful! Ordered a chicken tikka naan kebab. The chicken was crispy, tough and extremely dry. Clearly a few days old. Straight in the bin. Chips were barely cooked.Absolute waste of money.
Came in for our usual chips and chasni sauce last night. Both wakened up this morning vomiting what was clearly the food we had got from here, Clearly has given us both some sort of food poisoning.Fair to say has put us off

We ordered mixed naan kebab, was ok but had better from here in the past! Not usual standard tonight, I’ve never had cabbage in a kebab ??wanted salad but didn’t have hardly any! Chicken chunks was lively but doner was spicier that usual. Not good considering the price!!

Genuinely the worst for trying to place an order with it’s a joke! Me and my partner have tried placing an order and have phoned over 30 times the past hour and a half an absolute joke of a takeaway… ended up ordering from somewhere else
The food was very tasty.
