This place needs closed down or a complete change. The staff here are entitled lazy brats and the food is disgusting. Ordering online is a complete joke as well they take over 2 hours to deliver and then hang up when you try to cancel an order. AVOID!!

Horrendous!! Came here monday morning for 2 breakfast subs and 2 coffee! Girls atitude was stinking. Tried to charge an extra £4 odds for some Lettuce on one of the subs , will definitely not recommend this subway to anyone

SUBWAY IS THE BEST! NO ONE CAN CHANGE MY MIND!!!! you should definitely go there, but even if you dont like sandwiches, THERES OTHER STUFF TOO! i 100% recommend going there!

I visit Subway regularly but this visit was bad. There was only 3 of us in the que (1 of the 3 was paying so only 2 waiting) yet it took over 15 minutes for me to be served, they were too busy with phone or online orders. I felt like I was wearing Harry Potter’s invisibility cook as no one even acknowledged I was there, they didn’t lift their head once while they slowly made up the collection orders. At times the 2 staff whom were out front both toddled off through the back leaving no staff to be seen and me just standing there being ignored. When I was finally served the lettuce on display was brown so I asked if they had fresh. The girl had a quick look in the fridge behind her then said no. The girl who put my order through the till, a supervisor or manager I believe, told me there would be no fresh lettuce in until Wednesday - this was not even 12pm Tuesday !!

Good food but online orders is terrible.most of the time orders not prepared on collection time and you have to wait 10-15 min to get sandwich on your limited launch time.if you cant handle with online orders simple just dont do it.staff always helpfull it is clear that they have been over ordered.

Was very disappointed with our subway yesterday, got served at 1.55pm, ordered 2 footlongs and a kids sub. Got mine toasted and it was then sat on the counter side till 2.20pm before it got wrapped up, looked like one lady was running about doing everything as she was recorrecting 2 of the guys. Then got to the till to be told the card machine had just broken down. Now I understand that things happen etc but there was absolutely no apology to us and they asked my daughter what she wanted in her meal deal crisps or cookie she chose crisps and when we got to the car her crisps weren't in her box and my sub was absolutely freezing . I totally understand the situation and feel sorry for the lady that was on as she was running about doing everything but we are very very disappointed in our experience at subway yesterday and will not be going again.
Quite disappointed barely got any filling in my sandwich and everything was hanging out!! Got 2 slices of ham and my 6inch wasn’t near it more like 3!. Aswell as I really struggled to hear the staff who seemed as they had no patience

I was disgusted to over hear two co workers whilst I was waiting in line to order food discussing the fact that one of them has covid and was made come into work!! I instantly removed me and my two young kids from the line, don’t think I’ll ever be back to this place if they can’t even keep it safe for costumers!!! Very disappointed.

Have limited choices no Italian bread, chicken tikka and other food items, they dropped a bottle on my mother's foot and slow being served

We visited subway in Elgin for lunch on Tuesday. We had to wait for 20-25 mins in the queue as they were apparently 2 staff members down. We waited because my children really wanted a subway. The two lads that were on shift were working their absolute socks off, constantly changing gloves between the different stations, managing the online orders and the growing queues and still managing to smile - and my kids were happy with their subway lunch too ?
