It’s by far the best Chinese takeaway in Aberdeen & Aberdeenshire. I grew up near Manchester’s Chinatown and most Chinese takeaways in Aberdeen are not good by comparison. This is the only takeaway that’s on par with the ones I grew up with. You have to be patient though as they’re often busy and you won’t get an accurate time for collection as they always tell you an hour but they do call you when it’s ready if you order by phone. Still worth it for the best Chinese you’ll get up North!

Told telephone order would be 40 mins to 1 hour. After 1 hour, called back and was told to wait another 30 minutes for order.

Phoned at 5.30 to be told our order would be 30 mins. I was driving home from Aberdeen so stopped by in ellon on my way home to cruden bay, I sat in the car over an hour before they even phoned to say it was ready. I ended up leaving as the managers attitude is terrible, the way he spoke to me was awful and when I tried to explain that they should treat their customers better he hung up on me. I ended up going to dragon house and having a lovely meal. Dont recommend east & west at all and won't order again.
