“I have been using Ebbcarrs Cafe in St Abbs harbour for many years but my most recent visit I was a little underwhelmed by my favourite on the menu Cullen Skink. The volume of potato had increased hugely but unfortunately in proportion to the reduction in the amount of fish.
I was nice to see a selection of local brewery bottled ales available to consume on premises but not available for takeaway.
The panini's appear to have reduced in quality and that was disappointing.
The popularity has not wained at the weekend but is does benefit from a monopoly on the harbour front.”

“Cosy cafe. You have to walk around the back of the building to get to the entrance. Parking is free. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food was delicious. I had a lovely baked potato with cheese and coleslaw.”

“Stopped in for Sunday dinner and was very impressed, good sized portions, freshly made with fresh veg on the side. I had steak pie, wife had the roast beef and daughter had the pork, all were excellent and keenly priced. Will definitely return in the future.”
