I never order takeaway food.. However last night I decided to order from here. Apart from the Tea House which is amazing I used to dine in here regularly so thought the food would be lovely. I was really disappointed. I ordered beef I'm a sauce which was undercooked and freezing. Fried rice it was cold and salt and chilli chips which would have been lovely had then not been rebooked and cold. It went in the bin. Not cheap at £20 either .Won't be ordering again

Receptionist was lovely, happy and chatty but also seemed so busy (and a bit stressed) I felt bad for her. I picked up an order placed over the phone.

The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic but recently I have been left disappointed with my meal. The Taiyuan is renowned for it's salt and chilli chips which without doubt are amazing but as for my curry I found the chicken tough and overcooked.

Service looses a star because the staff were clearly stressed and struggling with the amount of orders they had to deal with. Luckily they remained polite to our faces while we waited for our food, but it was still a bit distracting. They no longer offer sit in after COVID-19, and we really did want to sit in, too. There is perfect space and lovely decor inside that set a wonderful atmosphere for the food you're about to eat, so it would have been even better if we could have dined inside. I digress, however, as this was one of, if not the, best Chinese I have tried in the Falkirk area. Walked back home and food was still warm to eat. I had a Cantonese style Sweet and Sour chicken and it was beautiful. My partner and my father had the same main dish and throughout them eating it they continuously made comments on how wonderful it was. My partner even shared some pieces of his meal with me and I do have to agree, it was fantastic. It was really quite busy for a Tuesday night. I would love to see the dine in option become available at this restaurant again! Will be ordering from here again.Wheelchair accessibility: Stairs on entry to building, not accessible if you're in a wheelchair unfortunately! You'd have to call and order a delivery to experience the cuisine on offer here.

Place only does collections and delivery now, but really good high qaulity Chinese. I would say defo better than the t-house

Absolutely fantastic place to order Chinese food, never had issues with any service, food,quality. Food is always of a very high quality standard, curry sauce is always consistent in flavour and spice.staff are excellent for help and advice, jenny is a valuable asset to this business.

A true gem! We regularly get a delivery from here after discovering it a few months back, food quality is superb. Salt and chilli chips are to die for. Staff are also very friendly and polite. Highly recommend this place!
