Nothing wrong with the food, but the delivery service is terrible, or they can't cope with the volume of orders, in excess of two hours for a delivery and that has happened twice recently.
Service looses a star because the staff were clearly stressed and struggling with the amount of orders they had to deal with. Luckily they remained polite to our faces while we waited for our food, but it was still a bit distracting. They no longer offer sit in after COVID-19, and we really did want to sit in, too. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic but recently I have been left disappointed with my meal. The Taiyuan is renowned for it's salt and chilli chips which without doubt are amazing but as for my curry I found the chicken tough and overcooked.
