Very cagey staff asked 4 times if my five year old could use the toilet and two members of staff completely ignored me and looked at my as if I had horns !!! Asked again and they directed me out of the shop to the public toilets up past the chip shop . But it was all very hush hush and whispered to me . We’re they embarrassed to talk bodily functions or does a cafe not have a toilet . Really confused I thought all eateries had to have a toilet . My poor daughter was really desperate. Very disappointing that they have no facility for their customers . Use this shop regular and also buy all my Christmas ice cream cakes and igloos here every year . Poor customer service . Us six as a family will think twice on returning . Who would refuse a child the use of a toilet !!!!!!

Love this ice-cream parlour! Revisited this in memory of finishing the Moray Way long-distance path there 7 years ago. We were SO pleased to see it has hardly changed! Delicious ice cream and friendly service. A real gem!

lovely little place on a hot day, not too expensive, and very friendly staff with a great outdoor seating area can't wait to go back next time I'm passing

I had a tub with one scoop luxury vanilla and one scoop of the honeycomb. Soft, tasty and not too sweet - don’t miss it if you’re in town

What a fabulous place…..not only is Fochabers a lovely and delightful small Scottish northern town, but the ice cream parlour is amazing. There is a wonderful array of different flavours, but not too many to choose from. However, the staff are super friendly. Special praise goes out to the wonderful owner who saw a family “in need of an ice cream” on the last night of their holiday! She opened up especially.Thank you and we hope to visit again sometime in the future.

The best ice-cream parlour near the Moray coast. A must visit. Dogs allowed in the outside sitting area. Delicious ice-cream with unusual flavours to try.

A handy little place to stop for an ice cream fix. Toms of options nicely presented.

I’m not really an ice cream fan, but today I decided to have a cone with the soft cream. I can honestly say it was delicious! It was the nicest ice cream I’ve ever tasted. I’m a fan now!
Great fish & chips and a good menu of freshly cooked produce.Very friendly service.

I visited this shop late this afternoon and it's unlikely that I'll return. I had just popped out for a few things for dinner and was drawn by the heat of the afternoon to buy an ice-cream. Having bought a single scoop of ok ice-cream I had a whim to sit in the courtyard and eat in peace. As I turned towards the door to the courtyard I was told I hadn't paid to sit in. Did I explain that I felt unwell? Or that I needed a few moments peace ? No I didn't. I live in a world where one woman would not even mention a 'sitting in ' fee to another woman. Where as a community we look out for each other and show empathy even if it costs us, what, a few pence? I was a solo woman in her late 50's who had just spent a little money in your shop. Would it really have painted you so much to say 'go ahead, you look like you need a seat'? I won't be back and I hope if I ever need help that there's someone other than you around to give it!
