Food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend for anyone stopping through for a nice wee bite to eat. The Classic Beef Burger was braw along with the pepperoni pizza, had a couple drinks which were nice and delivered quickly.Parking: Great for accessibility and plenty parking, you can park close to the door. Was informed to put registration in at the door.

Fiona, emily and darryl are always so helpful and make me feel special and appreciated. I look forward to coming everytime and feel even happier when i leave. Came in today for a roast with the family and wasn't disappointed, our server Darryl was very accommodating and recommended the beef which was delicious and cooked perfectly the gravy that came with the roast was amazing also will definitely be backDietary restrictions: Perfect separate menu for NGCI

I have visited this place several times now and each time I have received a warm welcome and fantastic hospitality from all of the staff. On each occasion the food has always been good and well prepared. The atmosphere is also very friendly and warm. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area. Keep up the good work.Parking: Plenty of free parking, however make sure you enter your registration on the tablet in the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access for wheelchair users.

Visited this evening, food not much better than McDonald’s next door, service started of well but that member of staff finished there shift, young brunette dealt with me after my order was taken, rude and arrogant, won’t be returning, better service and food next door at McDonald’s. This pub has definitely gone down, will guess it will become closed just like many others soon.

Absolutely lovely resteraunt, the food was delicious and served very quickly. We were sat next to the fireplace which made the experience even better.Overall, I highly recommend a visit.

As a regular customer I was very disappointed been going here for many years we used to celebrate special occasions here but after my recent visit I won’t be back very poor customer service after being served cold hunters chicken. Manger never came out to apologise or offer any apologies, I went to pay the bill & my cold hunters chicken was still on it even after i returned to the waitress. I did get offered another one but by that point I was put off eating. Emailed head office but still not heard back. Won’t be back that’s for sure. Regular loyal customer & not even an apology ?

Met friends for lunch on New Year's Eve. Lovely experience. Nice atmosphere. Lovely staff. Only problem was, never got coffee as one of our party only takes goat or soya milk, but told not available.Dietary restrictions: Did not seem to be soya milk or goat milk option for coffee.

Service was poor, no one checked that the food was ok after it being served. Roast Turkey meals were served without the cranberry sauce the roast potatoes were not crispy and tasted like they had been left sat a while. One tiny (like 1cm) sized piece of broccoli on each plate and Yorkshire puddings that were more like pancakes they actually had not risen at all. The fish and chips were good. Staff were very nice and welcoming 5 stars to them. As for the food it was very disappointing 3 steaks and a kids cheeseburger meal ordered. The steaks were very small with a large part of it being gristle, the burger pate was almost like a McDonald's. We asked for no lettuce but was sent with lettuce, should have sent it back but chose to remove it but then my daughter never ate it because of this. 5 small mushrooms, 2 tiny onion rings and the grilled tomato was still hard and not soft and juicy, peas were dry. My other daughter asked for no tomato or mushrooms on her plate instead just to serve them with my meal, never happend yet again I should have said something but from the second the plates hit the table we were just shocked at what we were seeing and disappointed. Steak should have at least been flattened out a bit to improve the look of it and increase the size on offer to 10oz, more mushrooms on the plate cooked and coated in butter, would be better to serve grilled cherry tomatoes on the vine rather than just a tomato cut in half, larger onion rings and use skinny fries. Doing this would fill the plate and make it look more appealing and could even allow them to increase the price.Burgers would be more appealing if they were hand made and thicker even on the childrens menu. The worsed thing I it was my youngest 14th birthday treat. There was a table came in after us who were served food before us but didnt seem to stay very long. This review is based on our experience so cannot comment on other food on the menu.
