Ordered on uber eats and Got 4 meals from this McDonald's and they forgot all the fries with the meals so phoned back wanting my fries all I got was its uber eats fault even though its them who pack it wouldn't order from this McDonald'

Spent at least 20 mins waiting on our food, I could see that they prioritized customers who used the drive through or had the workers bring out the food to them. The hot chocolate we received was more like hot water with a hint of chocolate.

used McDelivery, order arrived with items missing and no straws,No contact number to advise of short items,ended up going to restaurant, received missing items and straws,but advised they do not deliver straws , how do you drink a milk shake with no straws,no compensation for having to drive to restaurant and collect missing items,Very poor , wont be using mc delivery again.

The serving area is very bland with no menu board. The only board is small and located at the entrance which blocks customers getting in.Not every customer can use the app to view menu's ?

Service has changed since refurb, food looks like its thrown together and always a wait at the drive through. Considering the price increase of mcdonalds, its not even a cheap and cheerful place to eat any

I had the sausage and egg McMuffin. The egg was a bit hard so I launched it on to the A90.I went by the following day and although it had been run over by several thousand vehicles it was still there, intact.Kid-friendliness: A clown, a creepy looking ?
We only had ice cream this time, very nice but as all McDonald's seem to be doing cutting Right back on portion sizes? Child size I'd say. Please give us a little more or we're off somewhere else. ????

Called in for a drink on our way home ordered a large vanilla milkshake and limited edition caramel waffle late. Milkshake was barely cold late was Luke warm and the cream had melted. Waste of money!Obviously both had been made a very long time!

Don’t go to McDonald’s often, but a family member fancied a McFlurry so off I went, decided while I was waiting in the drive thru I quite fancied a burger…so I ordered a big tasty with bacon on its own and 2 flake McFlurrys, when it came to paying I was taken back a bit by the price but thought maybe I’d made a mistake and ordered a meal instead. Once I got home realised only the burger and 2 McFlurrys cost £10.67….so I was def charged for a meal which I didn’t get, and tbh the burger was below average barely Luke warm by time I got back into town, it was around 20:45 so not exactly busy at the time.

I went to mac Donald at Forfar at 23:00 night when me and my husband and son order the on the screen this cleaner stand there with a mop on her hand with a face almost telling us to move,she's just plain and rude. Horrible atmosphere to be there St
