“The service when in store is always amazing - the staff are professional, friendly, and accommodating. However, anytime I order for delivery, the order is frequently wrong. For example, today I ordered a sandwhich on untoasted Italian bread (I always order Italian and untoasted because I have sensory issues) but it came on hearty Italian and was toasted. The most common thing wrong with my orders are that they come toasted. The staff need to slow down just a little bit and pay more careful attention to what is actually on the order.”
