Have visited this place a couple of times. No impressed with the staff. You are left standing a waiting service. While they look at you from their side of the counter. Not at all friendly, actually quite disappointed by the service.

First time visit today, very nice facilities but all down hill after that. Very slow service with drive through customers being treated as priority, (why ?) the bacon roll was terrible in quality, quantity and over priced all served by emotionless staff.Next time I am in area will visit Greggs across the road, cheaper and has to be better. Will not be back.

Abysmal service. Joined drive through queue to be advised of 10 min wait and asked if we wished to order.We opted not to but we're then held in the queue as the car in front was waiting, which could have easily been resolved by asking the customer to park in the car park.No apology offered and no sense of customer service.

If you were in a hurry, this is not always best place to go, they can take a long time to serve you.Depends on who is making drinks to whether it's tasty or not, and they always run out of cakes/ pastries early on. Otherwise it's just another Starbucks.

Words fail me - the food was fine but the service awful, lacked interest, training and warmth. Paid £30 for two for lunch to eat in. Asked for a plate and was told they were all out, so had to eat out of a paper bag, everything served in dribs and drabs, other customers left speechless when asking for a plate, told no, then a tray, told they weren’t allowed to give out trays due to health and safety! On selecting a table we saw endless tables not cleared, perhaps if they did this they would have enough plates. It wasn’t busy, 4 staff on and only 3 in the queue! Drive through was being ignored. Starbucks I thought had standards - they need to check this branch out it’s giving your brand a bad name!

absolutely horrendous 'pigs under blanket roll' as someone who is allergic to tomato ketchup, i didnt even ask for it and they gave me it without stating. i am now having a flare up in my car this is ridiculous i will not be returning.

Had a very bad experience today. They mixed up my order, when I was trying to speak to them, no one cared. Eventually they re-made the coffee, but instead of a nice later I’ve got bitter cappuccino.

This franchise really does go from bad to worse & that will be our last attempt here.On this visit we entered, no customers in front but 3 employees making drive thru orders, no issues there. 5 minutes pass, zero acknowledgment from any staff as they continue to make & take new orders from drive thru, 10 minutes later we leave.This is a service driven industry & they have now reached all time poor levels, it’s a shame because there are some food staff there, clearly lacking direction & good management.
