Had lunch there this week. My Cockapoo was warmly welcomed into the nice cosy bar area. We had a lovely goat cheese soufflé followed by a tasty Angus steak and cheese board. Staff friendly. Can highly recommend the Prosecco rose, one of the best! Good value quality food, will be back with friends.

My partner and I had the most delicious meal from the Drovers on the Friday that past and the service was fantastic. We felt very welcomed and valued. Thank you Drovers for the 5 star service and we hope to return soon.

Absolutely outstanding food, we had just been walking and we’re trying to find somewhere to eat around lunch time a bit worried as we were in our walking gear, and looked a little under dressed but we’re welcomed with super friendly staff, a polish girl who was so nice! (Sorry I didn’t catch the name)
we had the rump steak sandwich and it was amazing, we enjoyed it that much we cancelled our evening reservation for another place and came back with all the fam
The scollops were absolutely amazing, probably the best scollops I’ve ever had !
For main I had the steak and ale pie, AMAZING the gravy was just Devine
The desert was something else, we had the toffee apple trifle - I wasn’t really sure what to expect but it was out of this world!
Also the presentation was like art, so incredible and exciting
Probably one of the best meals I’ve ever had!
I wish we didn’t live 6 hours away!
But if I’m ever back this way we will be returning!!!!

Just been treated to an amazing lunch her. Food was delicious and the Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding, although not needed, was definitely enjoyed. A special mention going also to the Martini Expresso Tiramisu. Service from the attentive, friendly waiting staff was fabulous too. Would highly recommend!

Staff are lovely, as close as I’ve ever been to a really really good home cooked Sunday roast, and a lovely dining room. Would thoroughly recommend!

Table of 7 and every meal was perfect. I really wanted the langoustine risotto but as no-one else was having a starter I thought I would miss out however it was made into a main with sides of chips and onion rings perfect! A gluten free venison burger was also enjoyed by our party. Thank you very much.
