“Yesterday was the first time we had eaten in Cafe 1496, went back today for lunch again as we really enjoyed it. Staff were cheery and very helpful, cafe was clean and bustling, food on both occasions was fresh and tasty, prices were fine.
Vegetarian options: There were enough vegitarian options on the menu to go back to this cafe several times, food was excellent, tasty and fresh, all too often vegetarian options are bland.”

“Our girls really fancied an ice cream. so a wee search on Google and this was one of the first places that popped up. The ice cream was so delicious and the price was really reasonable as well if we are back up this way again we will definitely come back.
Very friendly and polite server.”

“Always visit here when in the area. Full of stuff for the home, clothes and food plus a great food hall. A nice atmosphere around the place, loads of parking. Bought a very fine red cheese at the del counter. Wish I had bought a bigger portion - lovely.”
