I think 2 stars is a pushIt is under new management and I'm afraid to say I was rather disappointedMe and a friend had the full Scottish breakfast and what we got was very small in my opinion especially for the priceWe also both never got mushrooms on our breakfasts and the waitress never said anything? A heads up would of been nice if they had ran out or something or at least give something extra instead of the mushrooms?Shame as was looking forward to trying it out

Lovely food, inexpensive, clean with fantastic, quick service. Also dog friendly! Friendly atmosphere and staff too.

This is not Wetherspoons anymore and has recently opened under new owners. I'm sorry guys but tonight was a poor start. With Wetherspoons you knew what to expect at a decent price. I had sausage and mash. Waitress apologised they had run out of peas. There's an Iceland about 50 steps away. My wife had a small portion of fish and chips with posh chips.??? The portion was smaller than a child's portion, no peas,no mayonnaise. Chips straggly and luke warm. We'll give you another chance later on but you'll have to up your game.Food & drinks: See above comments.

An ample selection of drinks. We had lunch here and it was good prices. The waiter was ?? excellent very customer oriented and made us feel very comfortable. On the other hand, the quality of the food was ok. The temperature of the food served was tepid. Chips were not freshly made. They were just reheated. It is a pity as everything else was good or very good.

After staying here many times without problem I'm disappointed to have to post a negative review. From 1.00 am to 3.30 am the people staying in the rooms next to me were continually shouting and in and out of their room banging doors. I haven't a clue where they were going or why but it was continual. I shouted to them but was ignored. I tried ringing the night porter and that didnt work either. Soft close doors are needed, there's not even signage to ask people to be respectful of others. I would never be so inconsiderate of others. Every time I eventually nodded off the doors would slam again. I stayed in room 204 which is a small room with limited space around the bed. When getting out of bed to speak to the noisy people I trod on 2 nails!! The carpet didn't reach the edge of the room and the carpet gripper was exposed along the length of the room. This experience has put me of staying there again.

One of the best, if not THE best run Wetherspoons I've ever been to. Friendly efficient knowledgeable and courteous staff. Beer and food excellent. Clean and tidy, and tables cleared and serviced almost as quickly as people leave, ready for other customers. A credit to Wetherspoons is this place ?

As of June 2023, this hotel will be taken over by new owners, the same one as has taken over the Wick Wetherspoons. I wish them every success with it as it's a nice place.

This Hotel is fantastic value for money and more than exceeded our expectations. We stayed on the third floor in a twin room which was large and included a beautiful en-suite with walk-in shower. The room was immaculately clean with modern decor and a desk area with tea/coffee on offer. There was also some hot chocolate and tea biscuits which is more than some other hotels offer. The Wetherspoons restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food and service from staff was brilliant. The Hotel location was central (next to Main Street) and had a car park right in front of hotel. There is a small charge if parking between 8am and 5pm which worked out at about £5 for all day parking but we didn’t mind this as we could see the car and knew it was safe at all times. All in all, the Hotel, Restaurant and Location were brilliant for us and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Fraserburgh. If we’re ever back, we will be sure to stay here again! Thanks for a great stay ?

This is my choice of hotel across the area but there aren't many options, it's pretty good for the price though. The rooms are your standardised setup, all I would say is there isn't much room for clothes beyond a few hangers. The deals on food are really good, it's decent food considering that. It can get pretty busy and loud but it's big enough that you will get a table. The Inn is on the centre of Fraserburgh so it's easy to get anywhere in town.

Couldn't get a table when we first walked in because all the table hadn't been cleared. I was served from a lady with a huge love bite on her neck. Waited over half a hour for our breakfasts after watching customers that came in behind us get served. My breakfast was missing 2 hash browns and tomatoes. They did give me an extra egg which mean I had 3 eggs. So on my plate was eggs beans and the smallest piece of bacon I couldn't see it. And it was cold. Went back to the lady with the love bite and it was oh well. Got my money back but no apology. Oh and the coffee machine wasn't working. Chips on the cups. I should stop now as I can't find a single positive thing about todays experience. See if I could give them minus stars for today I would. Very upsetting experience. Was looking forward to my Saturday breakfast. V v v v v v v v disappointed. Oh and the swearing from the staff when they spoke to each other. And the chairs will break your back.

Room was fantastic, very clean, walk in shower, and very quiet, very good price for room and also for drinks in the bar and the Scottish breakfast was faultless and very cheap, would highly recommend, top-notch

Shout out to the server who went out of his way to grab an extra gherkin from the kitchen! Made my day. Great pub, clean and friendly, I'll be returning.

Another not planned restaurant for a dinner , usually we don't mind to choose witherspoon because we know can always find something good to eat , and prices are always very affordable. We visit during Christmas so still was chance to order from Christmas menu , and we didn't regrade it burgers was amazing and massive portions . Dessert was nice as well . Was very clean and nicely decorated for festive season. Big car park in front of the restaurant . Stuff very friendly . Definitely recommend.

I normally get to February and feel in need of a break as we emerge from the dark months. I would normally head to a more luxurious hotel and take advantage of a winter break deal but this time I opted for something else. I hadn't ventured to Fraserburgh or rather 'The Broch' as we know it here in the NE for 15 years. A friend whose family hails from the area had been reconnecting with her past of late and recommended a stay in this hotel. I am always sceptical of Wetherspoins. I don't like their owner or his politics and I'm wary of how cheap it is but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The venue is in a historical building and the art work and photographs give a great account of the town. The room was spotless and very comfortable and for £58 for 2 I would recommend it. We ate lunch, dinner and breakfast here as frankly Fraserburgh has little in the way of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. I'd certainly be open to another Wetherspoins if all were as good as this place. As for Fraserburgh, we got it on a beautiful blue sky day, the coastline is stunning but I'll maybe leave it another 15 years before I return

Went to the restaurant, not the hotel. Excellent and friendly customer service, a very nice plate of haggis, neeps and tatties for Burns week and a quiet table to enjoy my meal at a fair price. What more could you ask for?
