Stayed here twice now, stayed in room 1 deluxe room. Its absolutely perfect, rooms comfortable, clean and the beds perfect for a good sleep.Had breakfast both times and the woman who does breakfast is amazing, so helpful and friendly. Made my breakfast takeaway each time which I thank her for.Will be back as I work away from home and it's hassle free.
Location was great as I stopped here due to work, staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean with tea, coffee and bottle water to hand. I had the Rooms on the top floor with a great view of the harbour. But shared bathroom( if you have Mobility issues you may struggle with all the stairs ) no food serviced but you do have a nice takeaway next door or subway. Very reasonable price too. No parking bit lots of road side parking free after 5pm.

Clean and welcoming location. Easily accessible from the port. Welcoming and cooperative staff. The bar, a typical Scottish one, well stocked with a lot of local and international drinks.The room better then on the fotos !
