Poor coffee shop, doesn’t accept cash but will take cash tips says it all, cold coffee served but unpleasant staff, either the owner doesn’t trust staff with cash, but accepts tips in cash hmm. Can’t have both ways avoid at all cost.

I visit giffnock and battlefield shops regularly. Coffee and pastries always top quality. Service super friendly and efficient.all staff are amazing. However this afternoon in giffnock new to the team just delivered a masterclass in customer care while under pressure being very busy. Brilliant to see. Katie Well done young lady.

Had a really nice hot chocolate and carrot cake here. It's also the only place that's open at 8 in the morning. They also had the freshest donuts I've ever had. Would recommend and look forward to the next time I'm in that part of the city.

Coffee is lovely, bags are good variety and the roasts seem quite accurate. Supplanted Thomson's coffee for me which I tend to find a bit darker.

Great wee coffee shop, fantastic coffee and amazing cakes and cannolis. Guys serving there were so friendly and patient with me and my kids. The doughnuts were to die for! Only downside is outside seating is a little cramped but can’t really fault the place for that as there isn’t much room anyway. Overall great wee place and they even brought water out for the dog. Highly recommend and will be back soon!Vegetarian options: Plenty of options to choose from.Kid-friendliness: Staff were fantastic with with my kids and really patient with them too despite being very busy.

Superb coffee and the veggie haggis bagel was delightful! Friendly service and loved the free bowl of cereal. Will be back when I am next in the area!

Great service from the lady that served me. Coffee is one of the best if not the besy in Giffnock. Cakes and biscuits really nice too.

Been a grain and grind customer for a very long time.Visited the giffnock branch instead of battlefield during work, the girl with red hair rolled her eyes everytime we spoke. Huffed and puffed everytime we ordered and could not of made us feel more unwelcome. The next customer that approached the till was greeted with ‘hello how are you?’ And she couldn’t have been any nicer.Really ruined our lunch and made us feel very unwelcome. As a local business owner I was appalled at her attitudes
