Lack of staff members and training for click & collect meant we had to wait for general customers to be served whilst we stood in the designated click & collect area as requested by the app etc.Including a particularly rude customer before being acknowledged by an elderly staff member who admitted she didn't have a clue about the process.This experience was very disappointing especially as a local who regularly used this greggs however this will no longer be the case.I understand your staff will not learn from their mistakes as they were oblivious to why this would cause upset.Management were not in sight and left staff who are not trained to the level to be customer facing if I could give zero stars I would .I have no doubt this will not be seen by greggs but is a kind warning to others not to expect any level of customer service from this branch which just gets worst with every new manager .
