Literally just experienced the most awful customer service in this store. The girl with a be red curly hairs attitude was absolutely disgusting calling me MATE so unhelpful and rude genuinely have never experienced customer service like this to add to this the milkshakes just tasted like water. I go here at least once a week and definitely won't be returning absolutely shocking experience.

Sorry to say their customer service is rubbish, I ordered hot chocolate and white chocolate mocha the girl working their seems unhappy and doesn’t know how to behave with customers. She hardly bother about serving I was really surprised for the first time, my Friend literally said they should have at least minimum knowledge about customer service. But yeh their cafe decoration was nice (inside-outside). Drinks was quite good, wanted to order some cakes but after experiencing bad customer service didn’t bother to order anymore.

Enjoyed a coffee and bite to eat here at lunchtime. Surprised we got a seat. First timers here, but will use again. Friendly staff and plenty on duty behind the counter so the wait isn't so
Dirty knife with my pastry. Sat at the back at a 2 person table, noticed insects circling my coffee cup and pastry, after wafting them off, they reappeared. I moved tables and couldn't finish my drink or pastry as it was so offputting. Place really grubby. Never going back.

Not as good as other Cafe Nero outlets. Coffee tastes a little burned and (having been in a couple of times) there's always something that seems to have run out.
