Popped in for some drinks and cake on a shopping trip, the younger girl serving was lovely and helpful. However, there was another staff member there making drinks and she moaned that the girl serving us had taken an order for cold drinks, she then said 'if anyone else asks for the cold then just tell them we have no ice'.
