The coffee and staff were nice, and the main seating area was pleasant. However, the female bathroom was a real letdown, toilet seat, flusher and door handle were all wobbly and on the verge of breaking and the bathroom itself was filthy, dust and dirt everywhere, grime on the floor, a random spoon on top of the hand dryer, and the bathroom cleaning sheet on the wall hadn't been filled in in over a week, i imagine because it hadn't been cleaned in that long

Cosy and comfy inside , friendly and happy staff but only 4 stars due to the entrance not being wheelchair friendly it's fine once you are in but you need help to get in but otherwise great coffee sho

I used to really enjoy the coffee in Nero.Lately the baristas don’t really seem to be able to make flat whites or cappuccinos everything just comes out like a milky latte. They should be using whole milk for the fat content to get the correct froth on the flat white or cappuccinos but they continually use semi and then over heat it or don’t have the right angle to froth well. Some basic pride in their work is needed

A lot of posh snooty people were in when I was in. I don't know why Glasgow is becoming so posh.

Would be nice if there was a notice sayin it is dog friendly as I have a relative who is has a dog allergy but what if someone walked who is terrified of dogs (my personal opinion dogs should not be in any place where food is served)

Good coffee good location, no parking as its a busy street I'm glasgowWheelchair accessibility: Straight on the side walk no ramp necessary
Great friendly service, usual coffee, the place needs a clean up all over, Toilets and seating bad hygiene
Tommy Patterson
Decent prices compared to their competition and their cakes a lot tastier.

Nice place in a central location near queen street station. Coffee was nice and lemon muffina where good. Phone signal on EE was poor and their was no wifi that I could connect too which was frustrating for doing work calls.

At 1000 on a quiet Sunday morning almost half of the tables in the store were covered in used dishes. Despite the fact that there were two members of staff working with a minimal number of customers in the queue,no more than three, with only one being served at a time there appeared to be no urgency in clearing or cleaning. Other than that, the staff were very pleasant as usual.
