Visited with husband and a couple of friends. I had Pizza n. 8 and it was very good. We were seated next to the door so every time it opens we and our food received a rush very cold air.We had a little of distress because one off my friends was 10 min late and staffs would not allow us to seat in a table, even though I was going put an order to my friend as soon as we had seated down, so we would not occupy the table more than needed. Absolutely the best wood fired pizzas ever. Delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend a number 4, or a 7, pizza but there are 10 to choose from. You cannot book a table at Paesano, but it’s worth the wait. The restaurant is often very busy, particularly at dinner time and beyond, but I haven’t ever waited more than 30mins to be seated. This bustling pizzeria in the heart of Glasgow is a local favourite no doubt and although the flavours are great I just feel like a pizza has no business being that soft. It has no structural integrity whatsoever. When you pick it up it drops like a flaccid member. Service and food quality is overall excellent but for me I found the rocket and Parmesan salad was the highlight of the meal. Still, it’s worth a try.
