Service was fine. The floors and tables are dirty. It was very off putting. I had to visit the toilet and they are up there with the worst I've seen. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty floors, empty filthy soap dispenser and sink. Place stank. Unacceptable. Why a coffee chain thinks this is acceptable I will never know. Would not return for this reason.

It’s Costa, it’s coffee.

Appeared here to attend a two-hour long online meeting. Took a corner table, the wifi wasn't great. The staff was friendly, the ambiance was a bit noisy for my purpose.

Great coffee, friendly staff and a lovely place to sit indoors or outdoors to relax.

It's my 4th time going to Costa the stuffs who do the coffe was very friendly and welcome as always despite the cleaner of this Costa he need to go back to school and do some customer service training urgently ,this time I was sitting near the window enjoy my coffe suddenly come to me and see where am sitting its not clean he shout in a funny way to go to another place to drink my coffe!!!!\\nso he can clean the place well because am really respectful girl I let him do that ..\\n.but as a cleaner you should waite till the customers finish after u can clean the area ..\\nHopefully this complain go to the manager and never do that to another people cause this is really a shame for such a good place ..this cleaner after he spoke loud to another people how he had a bad day at work and he s frustrated ??hey this a place to enjoy coffe ?\\nEverybody have problems bro !!

Was wandering around and all of a sudden the heavens opened so we ran in here for shelter but seeing the choice of sandwiches on offer we Decided to stay.We enjoyed a nice hot cup of tea and a Sausage roll, that mum really enjoyed.I had the Mac\\u0026cheese toastie as they now sell Marks\\u0026Spencer items. It was lovely although mum thought I was mad for trying it.If you've never had 1 give it a bash

This is my favourite Costa wait times can be a little longer (never more than 10 minutes for coffee including queues) but it's worth it

It is located in the St Enoch Shopping Center, but also has an entrance from St Enoch Square. Really great staff. Clean and tidy. Good coffee, place is often very busy and staff seem to handle it very well. Overall very nice place and great experience.

Enjoyed the coffee and cake here. Staffs are really friendly. I love Costa, this particular store is much better than the one in Debenhams.

Had to wait a while for a coffee here and it was just an espresso. Waited a while for the toilet and when I did finally get in they were disgusting.

We went here for a coffee and a cake. I had a Cortado coffee, my wife had a flat white coffee and our granddaughter had a Bonfire spiced Latte - coffees were all good. I had a Bakewell tart and the others had a chocolate twist, both were delicious.

Rather impatient in taking our order, so not feeling extremely welcome. Cakes and coffee are good enough though.
