Love caffe Nero, came in to get a drink while waiting to meet someone. Clean and tidy, hot chocolate was lovely and the staff were really nice.Furniture is a bit tired but it's still a nice place to grab a drink and wee treat
Everytime I pass by Nero I just go and grab coffee for me. they have delicious coffee. A good selections of coffee. Also I like to visit them regularly especially in festive season. they have delicious drinks for festive season. I like to have cinnamon swirl latte. I recommend to go and try their coffee.

Service was great, coffee was nice but its a very very small and cramped place to meet friends and relatives, while individuals customers sitting hugging long finished empty cups and occupying a table with 3 or 4 seats which were covered with there coat rucksack etc and obviously oblivious of other customers needing a place to sit .Such a small place . Both downstairs and upstairs.
