My girlfriend and I bought the velvitiser a couple of days ago. The staff were so helpful and friendly when demonstrating the machine and explaining the offers. I love the hotel chocolate rage but it’s the staff who truly make you you feel welcomed. Thank you! ?

Lovely hot chocolate and beautiful selection of chocolate drinks and lattes. But needs extra seating area for customers to sit and relax as it part of the hot chocolate shop its space isn't enouch for customers to feel comfortable and have enouch room to relax it's to much of a tight space. Was very disappointed for a luxury company like hot chocolate it would be better as just a luxury chocolate shop. Not suited for coffe shop as well. But overall staff were polite and make you feel very wellcome and comfortable⭐⭐⭐ ⭐

I waited in a que for 10 mins to be served, a woman with two kids jumped in front of me, the guy working served them first. Twenty minutes if my lunch hour were used up, other members of staff never seen ed. I walked out and went to Greggs

Came in here with my cousin prior to going out for lunch. We asked for extra hot lattes which when we got them were luke warm and had so much froth there was very little actual liquid in the cups. We had to drink them immediately otherwise they would have been completely cold. The staff need some training on how to make hot coffee. I wouldn't bother going again.

We got a slice of their Victoria sponge cake and the Ice Cream shake with Chocolate whipped cream; The drink was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed it — although the Victoria sponge was a bit dry. They have a large array of chocolates and gift boxes. The price is a bit steep, but the concept and the shop itself made it worth checking out.

The only thing that could make this place better, is if it really was a hotel. The chocolates are colorful and creative. The flavors are unique and a must try. I also bought the coffee beans and the coffee was fabulous. (Rocket and Cashmere)

amazing time at the comic con this weekend! The batmobile was epic, my daughter had such a blast meeting all the characters and great selection of geeky stalls ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stopped off here for a break and some ice cream whilst shopping. I was quite surprised that the seating area is quite large and there is also a toilet. It is connected on the inside to the Prince's shapping centre.
