My girlfriend and I bought the velvitiser a couple of days ago. The staff were so helpful and friendly when demonstrating the machine and explaining the offers. I love the hotel chocolate rage but it’s the staff who truly make you you feel welcomed. Thank you! ?

Lovely hot chocolate and beautiful selection of chocolate drinks and lattes. But needs extra seating area for customers to sit and relax as it part of the hot chocolate shop its space isn't enouch for customers to feel comfortable and have enouch room to relax it's to much of a tight space. Was very disappointed for a luxury company like hot chocolate it would be better as just a luxury chocolate shop. Not suited for coffe shop as well. Best hot chocolate I have experienced so far. The coffees are nice if you're looking for something a lot sweeter and different to your usual order. I also am a big fan of the way the cafe section is layed out and since it's relatively small it feels pretty cosy. If you do decide to have the chocolate whipped cream on top of your coffee, make sure you drink/eat it before it melts or your drink might overflow!
