KFC is going down hill the chicken pieces aren't the same anymore the coatings/batter isn't what it used to be even the chicken fillets are getting smaller, the buns are also dry and break up as if they are old buns been left for a few days the only buns that seem to be fresh are the mini fillet one's also they seem to run out of a lot of things on the menu especially the sides and the prices have almost doubled in the last couple of years, very disappointing ??it's not just this branch of KFC but across all the KFC branches.

Ordered from KFC today and was highly disappointed with their poor staff service and care. Our food was expected to arrive on time, which was great and when it arrived half the order was missing ??. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a positive delivery experience.

Very good quality KFC. In the past I’ve had some questionable food from here but over the past year or so the quality seems to have improved massively. The food is always hot and tastes fresh, plus it’s packaged nicely if you order in. Prices are more expensive than McDonald’s but it does offer some good deals on things like the boneless banquet etc. Would recommend the cookies from KFC as they’re honestly sensational and something not many people think to order.

I only gave one star initially in order to access the reviews. The only reason I come to this particular KFC is because it’s Halal. What a dump. The toilets are disgusting and the smell of dry urine before you even enter the toilets (today) is putrid!! Even so called 3rd world countries are far cleaner than this. Health & Safety ?? What a joke. Should be closed down. I’d rather go Vegetarian than eat in there again. Won’t be back.

Ordered a stacker and it was old and reheated, asked to get it replaced but Sydney the team leader has a very rude attitude and refused to replace it. Very unprofessional attitude - put his fingers in the burger to check. Then handed it back to me and said he won’t be replacing it!!! Definitely not a good manager and attitude is just not right. He should be trained in good customer service. Literally, laughed at my face and started pointing at me.

It was not very clean. Floor was sticky and honestly it was so smelly but the food was super yum.
Its embarrassing to buy KFC from this branch but have no other halal option, so every time i expect better but its unfortunate its always same disgusting chicken uncooked and very bad smell init, i mentioned every time on counter but they never agree, my kids and we hate KFC now, there is better options so we can try some thing
