Went in on a Sunday night and was taken aback by the super friendly attentive service from the staff on shift, the lady working in the cafe deserves huge praise for her positive helpful attitude, alongside a young man presumably the on shift manager also super friendly and helpful we felt obligated to share our experience. Super lovely team!!
A good kfc branch, the food is alright if you get it fresh enough where it hasn’t been lying out all day. Really fast service and friendly staff as well. The food at this branch has lost quality gradually over the years. It is really disgusting. The chicken smells, the cooking oil does not get changed often to ensure any kind of quality. The staff is too busy to bother. Toilets are disgusting. Tables and chairs are mostly unclean. But it still is very busy, I guess why bother to improve when you are selling enough anyways. It has also got really pricy recently. Not going back there at all and do nit recommend to others.
