Went in for a milkshake and donut, person serving went to make milkshakes and realised it was not working so abruptly started swearing then turned round and said \\\" will have to give you a refund it goin to be half an hour\\\" no apology or option of a hot drink or anything else. Was mumbling under his breathe too. Will not be back and the person serving should think about a career somewhere else because he has no customer service whatsoever. Date of visit 27th October just after 2:10pm

Always come here when in Glasgow and Glasgow central . Good for people watching when having a hot drink and a donuts. Always plenty to chose from and using loyalty card gives you a little extra sometimes . Will be back when lockdown is lifted I’m sure

Just been in for coffee and doughnuts before we travel to England, the service was outstanding, the girl who served us was so cheerful on a wet horrible day, shop is spotless, doughnuts always that good you have to buy more than 1 each?

Went in for a heat while waiting for train Tea. Coffee doughnuts tasty as always but because staff insisted on door being kept open extremely cold and uncomfortable, when I closed door staff opened again claiming they were warm , at one point double doors were both open . 7 degrees today not picnic weather .Finished quickly and went to patisserie Valerie across where doors are closed and was cosy . So was a complete waste of money !

Great location- ideal for grabbing a double dozen on the way to work if you are wanting to treat your colleagues. Staff are always friendly, and there is a nice little sit in area. Milkshakes are pretty awesome too.

Bought a box of 12 sharing donuts. Previous donuts i had bought at another store were so soft, light and fluffy. These however felt like they were already a day or two old as they were hard round the edges and rather chewy, definitely not fluffy. Ended up only eating 2 and threw the rest out. Total waste of money and wont buy again.

Prefer Gregg's but Krsipy Kreme not too bad
