Has to be Thee worst McDonald’s in the world. Clueless staff missing items from every meal and never a refund. Stay well clear of this place.

Placed a big family order on ubereats & large coke was spilled over the mcflurrys (eww). Missing lots of items. Waited ages. Not happy i called restaurant, we dont deal with ubereats is the response, i told them im bringing the full order back, they said fine. Took it up, they refused to replace any items that were damaged or even the missing food ! I said in that case i'll take a full refund & the manager (brooke) said she would need to contact ubereats & itll take 24hrs. 48hrs i have only recieved £16 back from a £67 order! Ubereats only refunded a 'partial' amount & now this store are saying its not their issue despite the manager binning ALL the food i returned so we got NOTHING. So £67 (minus partial refund of £16 so far) for food we never ate! What are they running here? A shambles of a restaurant with a manager running shifts who couldnt even run a bath. This place is consistently shocking. Do they ever get an order right? Will i ever get my money back? Thats theft! My advice is to go somewhere else. Head office & trading standards will be notified as i want my money & wont stop till i get it !!!

Early morning visit. Only ones in the place. Order took 17mins. Raw bacon. Muffins not toasted. No napkins. Poor service. Drive to the next location.

Friend and I visited McDonalds Robroyston Glasgow last night Monday 20 March. We decided to have a happy meal. The young girl who served was Lucy and was such a lovey young woman. Nothing was any bother to her. She was friendly, patient and cheerful. My fries were a bit on the cold side and when I asked for fresh ones she happily put more on to cook and few minutes later brought piping hot fresh fries right to our table. Also, my friend and I are a bit deaf and find background music distracting, I asked her if it could be turned down and she managed to turn it down. Nothiing was any problem to her, It was so refreshing to be served by a young, helpful, cheery and patient member of your staff. She is clearly an assest to the company. When you are elderly you really appreciate not being ignored. Thank you Lucy. Mary McNally

They always give wrong orders and the staff is really rude and take long time to serve customers and not even a smile when you ask and look. At them they are all taking between them and leaving people waiting they don’t work at all i really don’t advise anyone to go there

I would advise anyone to avoid this branch. It is the worst. Every single time orders are wrong. They never get it right. I keep hoping it will get better. The owner should sort their branch out and their staff especially the management.

3 double cheeseburgers with bacon ordered however you get a single burger with bacon, ask for drinks and get no straws, get a meal and no chips, the story goes on and on with this place I’ve had nothing but bother every time I order for a delivery never the right things and missing items, now I just payed the best part of £50 for me and my family and I’m beyond ripping with this place and feel that they should hang there heads in shame. I will never order from this place again

Long queues and stone cold food, useless staff couldn’t control traffic issues. One of the most shambolic stores I’ve seen, was like a rush at a pop concert

Worst McDonald’s fries I’ve ever tasted.\\n\\nThere a few other things wrong that can be forgiven-like almost no sauces etc. But, this must be consistently the worst McDonald’s in central Scotland. I’d drive further to somewhere else in future.
Just awful, McDonald's should be a consistent offering, lukewarm unsalted fries including soggy ones, chicken wrap was clearly held too long, hard outside mushy coating on the inside - only the coffee was acceptable, clearly push button is all the management here should be in charge of. This was drive though so no excuses.

Had the worst experience with this branch. So unhelp. Ordered through just eat. To meal delivered only drinks and ice cream. Called branch spoke to Manager David who was so unhelpful. Blamed just eat asked me to go and try get refund when they failed to deliver the order. Reason for forgetting part order was they so busy. They not busy taking your money and over 30 minutes late still no meal delivered. So annoyed with the services and manager that.was so unhelpful. They just couldn't be bothered

Terrible service, waited over 20 mins for a happy meal then had to go in and actually get it. Not even a sorry or an explanation as to why and this is not the first time. But hey no one cares when you complain so whats the point.......

Absolutely shambles do not know who is in charge of running the place and so convenient now they have food delivery app workers to blame waited 1 hour 30 mins on food then when it eventually arrived completely wrong order so took it back and totally not a thing did the do to help or assist me blamed poor delivery driver saying must've took wrong order the should be taking 2 quick seconds to ensure the orders that leave match the drivers order numbers how simple? ended up 4 of the staff all lined up in a row behind counter wether was to intimidate or not but certainly didn't only made made me more angry left them their rubbish frozen cold food I didnt order so ended up with nothing and nearly £30 less in my account I will never order or step foot in that shambles of a place poor service terrible customer service food and delivery diabolical ?!! And I take the 1 ? back only clicked on it coz I had too

They call it fast food but nothing fast all staff are polite but their priority seem to be Just/Uber eat delivers and food left standing for long time and when you get your food its cold. Its always the same sinario even if I order on app before or going in store u always have a wait n its about 25 mins from ordering ?
