Placed a big family order on ubereats & large coke was spilled over the mcflurrys (eww). Missing lots of items. Waited ages. Not happy i called restaurant, we dont deal with ubereats is the response, i told them im bringing the full order back, they said fine. Took it up, they refused to replace any items that were damaged or even the missing food ! I said in that case i'll take a full refund & the manager (brooke) said she would need to contact ubereats & itll take 24hrs. 48hrs...read full review

Friend and I visited McDonalds Robroyston Glasgow last night Monday 20 March. We decided to have a happy meal. The young girl who served was Lucy and was such a lovey young woman. Nothing was any bother to her. She was friendly, patient and cheerful. My fries were a bit on the cold side and when I asked for fresh ones she happily put more on to cook and few minutes later brought piping hot fresh fries right to our table. They always give wrong orders and the staff is really rude and take long time to serve customers and not even a smile when you ask and look. At them they are all taking between them and leaving people waiting they don’t work at all i really don’t advise anyone to go there
