Absolutely rude staff. Cathy really needs training in customer service. Ended up not getting the item I ordered and was refused a refund. “Not my problem” seems to be the mantra of this store. No food and no refund.

Average food that is not that warm. The fries were just about cold and the Big Mac didn't look like it was stacked properly since half the cheese was sticking out. The Big Mac didn't look like it was complete as well.The ordering machine didn't take cash, which then I had to disrupt a staff meeting that was right in front of the pick up area, to where one of the staff members came out and asked for my order in an unprofessional way. How are elderly people and unemployed teenagers supposed to eat here?At the end of the day, despite an average wait time, this fast food restaurant is no good. Average food with unhappy and unprofessional staff, not gonna be tolerated. Should have gone to Burger King or Di Maggio's instead.

Very disorganized, food wasn't hot, half the self serve machines weren't working, no actual queue so you join where you think it might be only to be ignored for ten

Ordered for table service through the app. Waited for over 15 mins without food. Eventually went and asked to be told they don't do table service and no-one knew where my food was. Why have the table service option on the app if you don't offer that service.
