Since lidl opened up across the car park, morrisons felt it necessary to re-model their store. Big mistake. They took away all the things that made it good. Now it's just a mess.

First time EVER in this store just popped in for something to eat I had a Breakfast..it was OK was looking forward to a hot chocolate ? ? but the machine was OOO..Disappointed but apparently its been on the fritz for a while...

Ordered groceries on Deliveroo,everything fine except the rancid ham.Ordered 2 packs of Wiltshire ham both with a next day sell by date,one as you can see was off.Got a refund but that’s not the point.A staff packer can plainly see the meat was offand binned it!

Fantastic customer service in the cafe this morning 11:15 / 31 Jan 2024. There was a problem caused by the automated ordering system. The team spotted it and resolved immediately. Outstanding customer service.

What’s wrong with Morrisons standards. Stoped for a lunch yesterday and waited for an hour. After asking so many times to the staff where is food they bring it out cold and wrong. It was such a wasted our time and money. Such a shame ?
