Attended the cafe Saturday Evening (Anniesland G13 1HY) - served by Scott. Excellent customer service, he went through all the options they had left, very accommodating and lovely personality, also let us know about dietary requirements. Also a hard worker, when he wasn’t serving, he was tidying up and organising the stock.We were in Glasgow for my mothers cancer treatment and she asked for us to take her to Morrisons for tea every night because of the great customer service...read full review

I visited quite early in the morning as I don't like busy places. The security guard didn't even acknowledge my presence when I walked in. He then proceeded what I would gather his morning checklist walking up and down the aisles. He passed me on several occasions not even acknowledging me again. This made me feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. I really couldn't wait to get out the shop. Other than that an alright visit.

Morrisons in Anniesland has been very good for years with a great range of products but recent changes to the store layout and the quality of food products seems to be getting poorer. I've always really liked shopping at Morrisons but it doesn't seem as good now. Anyway maybe the new changes will bring some new things.
