Very stylish shop , if You like coffee must check it out. Also , if You want to experience first class customer service You need to pay a visit. There is one particular gentleman , smooth headed , full bodied , with glasses and He knows his craft to perfection. It was a long time ago I came across as great customer service as His. Coffee is great too though.

They do not have consideration, to their so-called "super premium customers". I was better looked after at a supermarket!!! This guys do not care.Today, 22nd of March. They arrived on time for opening. They entered the store precisely at the opening hour and took their time (as they always do). Then they saw me (all of them saw me standing in front of the doors) and one asked using gestures if I was ok with two more minutes. Me standing outside in the rain. I gestured no (rain plus tight schedule for the train). It did not matter to them. At 9:35 they opened.I pointed to the clock and asked if this is the way they deal with their premium customers. Then he, mind you, the "barista" started yelling at me?!? What?!? How rude is that?

Bought some pods from this shop. Not sure what happened to them…Had to queue for a long time for no reason. Very unpleasant experience. Won’t go back again.

A truly bizarre experience - the U.S. style customer service, where it feels like an Apple Store for coffee doesn't translate well to Scotland. I waited awkwardly, beside a concierge style employee manning the 'wait here' sign, to buy some capsules for my husband. Once seen, I had to divulge my postcode and surname to buy one sleeve of capsules (Tip: You do NOT have to give this info, you can ask to 'pay and take' so don't feel pressured!) Anyway, I got confused with my surname and I cracked a wee joke about having recently married, and the guy said, "So not the other one, then!" and I said, "No, not divorced. Not yet anyway!" That's when it took a very strange turn, the guy went away to source the capsules, and when he came back he handed me them and said, "I truly believe in the power of words, just be careful what you say in future".

The most awful rude manager and staff there. This is not what we expect from Nespresso as the other stores are such a joy to visit . Stay away until the teach them about customer service

visited the store a few days ago , spoke to a chap who had an Irish accent , sorry forgot his name , what that guy didn't know about the products blew me away , he is very knowledgable about everything Nespresso related , great to deal with a professional when you visit the boutique

I always try and get served by Ross he’s great down to earth knowledgeable on the new pods and always lets you know off any others on pods . He’s a credit to the company
Great place! Worth popping in and checking out their assortment even if you don't plan on buying anything. Also worth appreciating the fact that customers are always treated with a complimentary coffee, no matter how busy the store is :)

Strange experience. New to the Nespresso boutique world but the queueing system is confusing the staff bored and pretentious. Overheard the senior Irish guy speak quite rudely to a customer to 'get back' from the desk due to data protection like he was working in MI5. I'll continue my online Grind subscription thanks.
