visited the store a few days ago , spoke to a chap who had an Irish accent , sorry forgot his name , what that guy didn't know about the products blew me away , he is very knowledgable about everything Nespresso related , great to deal with a professional when you visit the boutique
Great place! Worth popping in and checking out their assortment even if you don't plan on buying anything. Also worth appreciating the fact that customers are always treated with a complimentary coffee, no matter how busy the store is :)

There is one particular gentleman , smooth headed , full bodied , with glasses and He knows his craft to perfection. It was a long time ago I came across as great customer service as His. Coffee is great too though.
