Ordered on the app at 6.20. Called shop at 7.40. Order was about to leave shop. 10 mins later food arrives delivery driver very pleasant. Opened food sausage in curry was hardly warm fritters were like rubber. I asked for a pickled egg and they put it with sausage and curry sauce. Been here a few times now and food has been brilliant but I’m afraid I have deleted the app now. Not long till the kraken chippy opens

Was x looking forward to a meal C with the family but at 6.30pm our welcome was, I was just about to put the chairs away as it was quiet. The service taking the order was very abrupt and stand offish as though we were an inconvenience coming in at that time. We got asked what we would like to drink with our meal. I asked what do you have? The reply was Tea or cans? As our time in the restaurant went on it did get a bit better. It was such a shame as the food was good. I would use the takeaway but keep clear of the restaurant. Just not the service I would expect.

Shocking service just been in chippy 5 staff in not 1 person even acknowledged I was there . 1 was talking to friends , 1 was new I guess .might only be 2 minutes i waited ,it would have taken a second for someone to say i will get you soon or even hello . Have always said what a great chippy this is .not be getting my money

I placed an order online and set a time for collection, but when I went to collect at the designated time, it wasn't ready, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering in advance.

Hi it is a bit expensive but it is worth it the food is lovely and the staff are brilliantand the portions are massive you won't be disappointed I highly recommend it.

over two hours for a delivery when live under five minutes away, and surprise it was cold when it arrived,,,, phoned to to find out where the delivery was and no apologize or anything along those lines just that we are busy,,, really don,t know why !!!
