First visit to the Kantipur and won’t be the last. Very friendly service, really good quality buffet food. Chicken pakora was delicious, as were the samosa’s, tasted homemade. About 10/12 choices of main choices. Plus different rices, noodles and ma’am bread. Choice of desserts and tea/coffee too. House wine was lovely and good value.
We were in Uddingston visiting for work and Kantipur was recommended to us. We went for the buffet option which was outstanding. There was a variety of starters that were regularly topped up and hot. You could choose from chicken tika, chicken wings, a variety of pakoras and more. Main courses there was about 6 different curries to chose from, we tried all off them and loved them all. When we come back to Uddingston we will be coming here again.

Amazing, very very impressed with this Indian Restaurant. Food is first class, very very friendly staff, they just cant do enough for you. We had the place to ourselves. Would highly recommend them to everyone, if you love Indian food. 5 stars is not
