I visited the Buchanan street Starbucks today and the service I had was great. Nicole was very friendly and cheery which was lovely! The staff members here are always very friendly and efficient. I’ve had great customer service any time I’ve been in! I always get my order quickly despite being a very busy store which is great! Definitely one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to!

Drinks and food were all fine and standard for Starbucks. However, the let down was the service: waited over 10 minutes to be handed 1/2 drinks that I ordered, after waiting a further 5 minutes for the second drink I had to ask them for it and then they made it. Additionally, I felt staff weren’t particularly helpful. Maybe this is a one of, or a usual for this branch I’m not sure.

Do not often go to Starbucks outside of the USA, but this one was awesome, actual espresso cups of ceramic and also for a cappuccino. Really good coffee and pleasant stuff. I wish the USA crews would learn from these guys.

Don’t listen to a word when taking orders. They take it as an insult when you politely tell them your order is wrong. Girl on the till today had cloth ears. Make sure you get them to repeat the order back to you.
