Do not often go to Starbucks outside of the USA, but this one was awesome, actual espresso cups of ceramic and also for a cappuccino. Really good coffee and pleasant stuff. I wish the USA crews would learn from these guys.

Don’t listen to a word when taking orders. They take it as an insult when you politely tell them your order is wrong. Girl on the till today had cloth ears. Make sure you get them to repeat the order back to you.

Coffee was good, consistent with what I expect from the chain. The staff were friendly and efficient, getting my order out fast even during a busy morning rush. The place was clean and had plenty of seating options. Because it is such a popular location it is difficult to find a clean table, but that's more a fault of the popularity of the location and not a reflection on the staff.

What a lovely not planned visit at Buchanan Glasgow Starbucks . Quick service and really friendly staff. My daughter absolutely loved her upside-down lolypop chocolate on the stick :)Kid-friendliness: Staff definitely deserve tap on the shoulder for being so friendly with kids.:)

We stopped in to get our City Mug collection mugs and they were plentiful. There was plenty of seating and the order line moved quickly. The place had adequate space and was relatively clean. A great place to relax and people watch.Parking: This Starbucks is located in a pedestrian zone only.

Staff more concerned with chatting to friends and each other (mid order), serving area and surrounding area dirty, no cleaning been done for a while, music too loud - glad I'm taking out and not sitting in.Perfect example of why Starbucks is overpriced, over sugared and way over hyped.Picking up order for partner.

Food is good as usual. However, this location had the tables laid in a bad way, we were sitting so close to other people it was uncomfortable and awkward. Also, the guy taking my order was rude and I felt awful in there. Worst starbucks I've ever been in.
