We live in Ballachulish, so this isn't too far away for us, we visited the Boot Bar. Nice and cosy, they have a fire going. Friendly staff and Dogs are allowed. Beautiful Views outside.

Stopped off tonight for dinner..... what a great find. Service was extremely quick, great value for money and food was fantastic. Dog friendly too that was an absolute bonus. Will look to book a room in future so we can properly soak up the entire experience ???

Popped in for dinner with some friends and there dog on a Monday evening. Fantastic place with tasty food, interesting decor and helpful, friendly staff. They were even able to get a candle for my mates macaroni and cheese as it was his birthday! Definitely recommend.Food & drinks: Quality, tasty food.

One of my very favourite pubs in Scotland! The location is to die for, the staff are fantastic, and the range of whisky? Encyclopedic!

We liked the eat here when taking guests through Glen Coe. It's not been fancied unlike Kingshouse and it's much better for it's honest and simple hospitality. It's a traditional walkers / climbers hostelry with good food and huge portions. Service is great too but it's pretty manic and we'd recommend reserving a table if you can. It's also near to the film location for Hagrids cottage and where His Hippogriff lived in the vegetable garden (Harry Potter fans will know what I'm taking about).

Can't comment on rooms as we only drank and ate there. Eat the game pie. Drink beer. Best climbing pub outside if Wales!

I have frequented the Clachaig since the 60's a beautiful place with memories - I remember the first time I arrived off the sleeper train at the Bridge of Orchy to.thumbing a lift across the Ranoch Moor to be met by Ian Clough at the Glencoe Mountaineering School - first of a long association with this wonderful place ??????Nearby activities: The Munro'sWalkability: Neverending

Stayed here for a night and what a beautiful hotel. Room was clean and spacious and the team who worked there were super friendly and welcoming. Delicious food also. Location was on point and a few great walks surrounding.Only thing that was disappointing was the tv not working in the room. When asking staff how to fix this, they said due to a storm weeks ago they all went down. I’d have thought this problem would have gotten fixed due it being a busy hotel with visitors coming and going. After a busy day walking, we wanted to relax in the room watching some television. Only thing that let the overnight stay down.
