This is our favorite restaurant in Scotland, period. We drove to this Lochleven Seafood cafe, recommended by my daughter, whom she had been here during her honeymoon 9 years ago. Though it was raining ? , we missed out on the beautiful scenery along the way to this cafe. Once we entered this restaurant, we were greeted by a pleasant lady with a warm, welcoming smile. Book this place. I drive up from Glasgow to eat here. This is one of the last authentic seafood restaurants. You can get hot or cold seafood platters or buy each product in 500gr or 1kg. The seafood is incredibly fresh and very affordable.
