Best views you'll ever see at an IBIS style hotel. Felt very letdown by how this hotel is ran, which is a cost saving centered place that sacrifices deeply on the customer experience - but still charges high prices! The orange juice is powder mix, the coffee cheap and nasty, the bacon watery and pale, the carpets worn and tatty, poor seals on the baths, etc etc just the whole place screams budget cost savings at a premium price. The majestic views and friendly staff save it.

This was a gift from our children. The location is perfection. The rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable and have everything you need with stunning views. Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Cristina was amazing, an asset to the Hotel. Food was average, however being dog friendly you are not stuck in a corner, there is only 1 area the dogs are not allowed and I find that very acceptable. I would defo visit again, and I should add this is the first hotel I have visited in Scotland that I haven’t complained about lolFood & drinks: Drink is expensive as you would expect in a hotel. My steak was chewy and fed most of it to my dog, my Husband thoroughly enjoyed the chicken though.

Had a lovely weekend at this hotel, the location is beautiful and the staff are the stars of this hotel, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. The hitel ig going through some work which can be seen in the ground floor hallway but does not affect the rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated with views of the loch, I would have given them 5 stars for the rooms, however the room was freezing with stickers on the control stating do not touch use the thermostat in room, there was no information in room on where the thermostat was or how to use it, we managed to figure out how to boost but only for 60 minutes at a time!Food & drinks: Excellent menu and cooked fresh. Really good buffet breakfast.

I didn't stay. I arrived late looking for a room and Max, the night porter couldn't have been more helpful, going above and beyond. He phoned ahead to the Ballachulish Hotel and established whether, at this late hour, they had any rooms. He then gave me directions. Thank you Max.

Restful. Stayed for a night. Short get-away with children. All was great. Clean, friendly, comfortable enough for money paid. Children loved the pool, I preferred the bathtub. Restaurant was good and very busy. Coop next door is very handy as well.Rooms: Rooms are rather good size. Bathtub is excellent. Small TV set.

This review is specifically for the restaurant at the Isles of Glencoe Hotel, as we didn't stay at the hotel itself (although we should have after a very disappointing stay at the Woodlands Glencoe). We ate here twice, once for dinner and once for afternoon tea, and both times we were delighted. The restaurant area is beautiful as it has a sunroom that overlooks the loch. This was particularly lovely during the afternoon tea as we could watch the sunset. The afternoon tea is so affordable yet was great quality - we thoroughly enjoyed everything we were served. The service was perfect during both instances, and everyone was very kind. When there was an issue with my partner's dinner, they quickly subbed it for something else without a hassle. All in all, I would highly recommend coming for dinner and afternoon tea/lunch!

We've revisited this area & hotel over the last 25 yrs as it's one of our favourite destinations. On this visit the family room wasn't cleaned properly & the carpet hadn't been hoovered which was disappointing as it meant we had to complain which isn't something we enjoy doing. The staff member on reception was very helpful in sorting the issues, so thank you for that

My stay at the Isles of Glencoe Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, notably from Cristina, our gracious hostess, and Tunde at reception, who made our check-in smooth and welcoming. The room surpassed our expectations - clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. But what truly sets this hotel apart are the breathtaking views. Waking up to the serene lake and majestic mountains was a daily highlight. The hotel's bar, lounge, and dining area were the epitome of coziness, beautifully decorated, and offering the same stunning views. It became one of our favorite spot to unwind after a day of exploring.Speaking of exploration, the hotel's location is perfect for adventure seekers. Close to numerous activities and attractions, we were never short of things to do.The amenities, including a relaxing pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, added an extra layer of enjoyment and relaxation to our stay. And the food? Simply divine. A wide variety of tasty options ensured our meals were always something to look forward to.Parking was plentiful, removing any worries about finding a spot after a day out.In summary, the Isles of Glencoe Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty and tranquility of Glencoe. Exceptional staff, comfortable accommodations, and stunning surroundings make it a must-visit. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!Rooms: Clean, well equipped, recently refurbishedNearby activities: Close to great range of activitiesSafety: Felt very safeFood & drinks: Great quality and taste

We visited for dinner only, location and food was good, however, our main issue lay with the service. Unfortunately, it didn’t rise to the occasion. A noticeable lack of attention, which detracted from the overall dining experience.

The heating was not working properly in the room and kept turning off.Freezing cold dining room, breakfast buffet food was cold. Staff work hard to try and overcome but the place looks to be badly mismanaged and fairly poorly maintained these days.Pool and sauna are good.Shame as its a great location and used to be a great hotel.
