This place needs a new manager. Place is dirty and stinks bad of oil. I have complained before but nothing done about it. Never againWill go somewhere else.Soggy chicken full of grease.

My partner usually orders food from here when at mines, but usually he always says 'they've forgotten xyz' - So theres been one too many times where what you've ordered and paid for, doesn't arrive to your home! So food might be ok, not great, and the length of time it takes to arrive aswell, it'll say be there at 7.30pm then eventually changes to 8.30pm etc. Its a bit of a joke tbh. And then when food arrives probably not everything will be there from what you ordered.

Very dirty and tables not cleaned. There was no clean table to eat. Toilet in very bad condition. I do not recommend.

Drive thru card machine unfortunately wasn't working so had to go in and order to take food away other than thank good food at reasonable

Checked the bag we were handed and told don’t worry it’s all there and then she added the chips .got ferry to Dunoon to share the meal with daughter , only to find her Burger was not in the bag , think it was about £6.50 zinger .Very disappointed daughter and further financial gain to kfc and financially bad for myself.Very very bad service , the entrance is a tip and just a bad experience . Meals that we did get were bad , chips obviously were cooked a while ago before being sold. My son asked if we could get a kfc before the last one to the ferry as he had experienced order shortage and bad quality food along with a don’t care attitude at the Greenock KFC before.Should have listened to him and stopped at paisley , but then again ‘ is this now a normal experience at any KFC ????????In future we have decided to support local and en route take aways which are locally owned and financially better to the local community.Good bye KFC

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to and will never be back. The place is absolutely filthy, tables not cleaned, floors littered with food and rubbish. Two members of staff sitting eating food totally ignoring the disgusting mess. The food was not fresh and was also cold. Do not go to this KFC even if it is the last food place open. Environmental health should really make a visit asap. I have had to give 1 star which it isn’t even worth

Absolute Riot ….I never slate anywhere but I can honestly say this place is shambolic ! 1hr in a drive thru queue couldn’t leave even if I wanted to as cars were nose to tail! After 1 hr sitting in the queue yes 1 hr ! (which had I know before I joined I would have left)! I was told they had no Christmas specials left which was disappointing as this was the only reason we went. So we chose another meal and waited again. A member of staff came outside asked is it card or cash ? Card my husband said to which the staff member then said I need to take your card to tap it at the kiosk ! Something that was not asked or advised when they took the order. This was not in eye view of the car nor can you see what amount you are paying for ! Absolute disgrace ….this is THE worst KFC/drive thru experience I have ever had in my life. My advice is AVOID at all costs !!

Worst kfc I have ever been to I mean what kfc doesn't have Fries and I am in Absolute Agony after eating it Avoid at all cost the staff do not even kown what they are doing
The drive thru took 35 minutes. At the second window I was told there was no chicken on the bone. Rather than wait another 30 minutes I accepted an alternative. It's not the staff's fault, they were helpful and apologetic.

Was originally put off by some really negative comments. Staff were friendly enough. Place inside wasn't the busiest. Restaurant clean enough. Surrounding area quite depressing and the boundary of the restaurant could benefit from a litter pick. Drive through busy. Entrance door, button for disabled access wasn't working. Order was correct.

Where to begin! Absolutely filthy, tables were covered in the last customers food, floor hadn't been cleaned and baby seats were sticky! No toilet roll in ladies loos, which weren't cleaned either. Environmental health needs to be paying a

For a start a spent about 15 quid in at grim place. After waiting 15 minutes I was then granted with the wrong order. Needless to say the horrific stench that greeted me. My juice lid wasn’t even on properly which cause me to get very very wet. Which was unfortunate as I don’t like being wet. So I then went to the loo where the toilet was blocked. I willNot be returning even if it’s the last place to eat on earth. This so called establishment should be shut down. Thankyou

I am not going into detail but due to the experience i had at this.........toilet ( the one from the film Trainspotting ) i will NEVER eat at any KFC again. Filthy, long wait, untrained staff and untrained manager. Young staff who have never lifted their heads from their phones and experienced the real world. Infact none of the staff had any communication skills, maners or empathy. I am still thinking about contacting head office about my experience at Greenock KFC. Stay clear of this place. Please.
