Hate to complain, I don’t normally but felt I had to so changes can be made where needed. The food is generally great but i won’t order for delivery again unless things change. I ordered food for delivery around 6:50pm for my mum , who is a diabetic, and needs to eat at certain times. The food arrived at 8pm although the burger was lovely the food was cold and the chips were soggy. I understand the food won’t be pipping hot with a delivery but it shouldn’t arrive cold.

Had double burger and mango, spicy chips and coke. Lovely and warm out of the cold street.Quiet when I visited but recon space for about 8 families. Meal was filling and very tasty. Hope to return soon.Parking: Aldi store nearby for better parking.

I really enjoyed my meal from here! I went in, ordered and left within 10 mins with a piping hot bag of delicious food. Nice and spicy! Really can’t complain at all for the price I paid.
Polite counter assistant, and great food, ideally located. First time we had visited this branch and it won't be our last. Nice and clean environment with parking available nearby. Great service and competitive prices.

I’m not one to complain and I have ordered from pepes numerous times, but I ordered at 20:11 today and got an expected delivery time of 9:25, which was fine. Give or take about 10 minutes either side then fair enough. I called up at 21:40 to check my order was definitely in, I was told yeah and that it was still in the shop and would be heading out soon. I asked how long and was told 20 minutes. I then phoned at 22:10, with food still not delivered and got no answer, I realise this is because you had shut. The food arrived at 22:20, 2 hours and 10 minutes later. I get it can be busy but I didn’t get any call etc to say why and the food wasn’t even that warm. I hate having to complain, but seemed fair to do so.
