Food used to be not bad but the waiting time is abysmal you would starve to death waiting on it no joking!. Then the guy comes to the door 1 hour and 50 minutes later and says "how's that fur yi mate", was about to give 3 stars then opened the silver foil from the burger and hey zeus it looked more like something you would feed your dog!, the roll was soggy and looked nothing like a roll and then it should have had chilli beef on it god I had to check my order to remember what it was but looked more like pureed beef absolutely disgusting and to think I used to praise PK but I don't know whats going on in that shop because they are sitting at the bottom of the hill now and I won't be ordering from them again!. Do better guys because your food is not cheap!.PS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!.

This was one of the best takeaways in Greenock but standards have slipped massively.2 hour + wait for food and stone cold when it arrived. food was always excellent and one of my favourites also portion sizes have shrunk massively but over a 2 hour wait for fries is just ridiculous. phoned shop a few times to be told food wasn't ready even after receiving message an hour before saying food was on its way told it was a computer error. Staff had no interest in solving my problem about the wait and cold food and as a regular customer i am bitterly disappointed. Customers are their bread and butter but this establishment clearly doesn't give a damn so they have lost a good customer so time for trading standards to investigate there practices and Enviromental Health Food Inspectors for selling cold food. They have no one to blame but themselves.
