This used to be GREAT to be in. Used to go here with family and was always pleased to be in here. Now though, 2024, its nothing like it was! I didnt like my food. Seemed like everything came with chips. No healthier options at all. No wonder my partner would never go here. Thats all I'm saying.

Came in for a light bite and a drink . We never seen the light bites option so ordered a couple of sides and drinks . I was going to get myself a coffee and cake and was told we had to order a kids meal as the manager was due in ? Our money is not good enough unless we’re ordering full meals ?The resteraunt was quiet and we felt we had to leave quick as we weren’t having full meals so I didn’t even get my coffee and cake .When the food was put down we weren’t even asked if we wanted sauces or anything can honestly say as customers we were left feeling embarrassed will definitely not be back here .

Had an American burger , brioche bun was rock hard and the beef patties could of been confused for shoe leather. Chicken sizzler seems rushed,food took 7 min from time of ordering. Won't be back.
Go here a few times a month for around a decade now. Tokyo Joes have NEVER done us wrong. Always leave happy! Food has only ever improved, staff are always so polite and go out of their way to help.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors can be heavy at the entrance so help is needed, but accessible seating options and accessible bathroom available too.

Food was honestly the best I've had in Inverclyde. The service I would have given more than 5 stars easily as the staff where amazing .can't really comment on the atmosphere as I wasn't there during a busy period but was still goodKid-friendliness: My 2 fussy girls enjoyed it

Shocking food microwave food . Taken 5 mins for the food to come to the table. Staff were not helpful at all got charged for something that wasn't on the dish and they said it was a lot bull and said the kitchen closes at 8 and they serviced someone food at hof 8
