Just got one of the pizza deals 2, 10 inch pizzas large chicken pakora and large chips and bottle of juice which I didn't get but the pizza was delicious and so was the samosas, will definitely be ordering again.

First time I have used this place and ordered a beautiful chicken korma. Chicken pakora and prawn cocktail. Faultless and the best korma sauce and tender chicken I have ever had. I will be back
Waquars has been around for years in Greenock and has had as many owners and shop layouts as they've sold kebabs. Typically the food is always great and cooked to perfection but like all places you'll get that one time where it's over or under cooked.When those times come, don't expect them to acknowledge it or fix it, they simply say OK and move on.During busy times you may need to wait up to 30 minutes when placing an order in the shop for takeaway and you won't see much, if any, interaction from the staff, which is fair enough.Like I said though, for the prices and what the shop is, you'll pretty much get what you paid for. The food is tasty and not cold which is what really matters.A lesson in hospitality and customer service wouldn't go a miss for the staff though I'm sure that if you shoud loud enough you'll get the required effect too.Overall, I'd recommend the shop as one of the best, for it's food, in Inverclyde.

Ordered via Clyde Eats…left on preparing for 2 hours. Called shop said it was on way. Half hour later called again told them to cancel it and they hung up on me. Obviously didn’t plan on sending any food! Absolute crooks!

I have ordered from here for YEARS. Nearly every weekend. And always sang their praises. Well tonight I received the worst costumer service of my life. Firstly my order was wrong because it had no sauce on it which quite frankly I don’t want to eat it dry, so I simply called and asked for a replacement as it was already getting cold and I did not want just a tub sent to me. They were shouting at me, calling me a liar and saying there was sauce on the kebab and then changed their mind and said actually we put a tub in. Nope you did not. After a lot of back and forth and explaining I’m a Loyal customer, nearly every weekend. They then said ok we will send a new order to you with sauce on but it might be a while the driver is busy, that’s fine. Which I then learned that was also a lie. Nearly 2 hours later no order. I called and he shouted down the phone you weren’t to get another order we told you that. Which I said well that’s a lie you said you would send one out. I explained I have just finished a busy 12.5 hour shift in hospital, I’m pregnant and I took your word and now your telling me you lied to me. He was not empathetic, couldn’t give sh**. So whatever staff you have working tonight. Learn manners and how to deal with customers because you’ve lost one. And genuinely upset me. Thanks for that.
