I wish they would sort out trolleys really difficult to control

Trolleys all locked in this day in age, need a quid to unlock. Annoying.

Worst Asda ever!!! Never have any stock of anything no matter when you go. Impossible to get a full shopping.

I visit this store for some Indian groceries but most of the time some lentils are out of stock which is disappointing. It offeres many Indian items like pickles, biscuits, sooji, some lentils etc. So good to visit it.

DISGRASFUL WORKERS. Was in here on the 9/11/23 and before i had even finished paying for my food i was accused of stealing. I will be taking full legal action against asda in this matter as the worker on self check out and security verbaly abused me when i asked for a manager. This is an absolute disgrace from asda. Theses workers should be sacked straight away. Disgusting coustomer service!!!!!!

First time in this store for years, not all lights working in displays and poor staff understaffed on self service checkouts, had to wait 3 times for approval, its a shame but will not be back

This used to be my local Asda when I lived in Hamilton, it's a superstore and I liked that they had a huge range of different products so it meant if I needed anything, then I could go to Asda and they would probably have it on sale. I liked that they have excellent opening hours and that I can now use my phone to scan the products to reduce the time it takes for me to do my shopping. It has good public transport links and I think it's a great place to shop.

Always a favourite shop for us to visit. Starting from the outside the shopping trolleys are free to use. No need for a pound coin. Lots of car parking spread across two floors. Inside it’s a big shop spread across two floors. They also have a cafe and cash dispenser. Th et also have a foreign currency desk. Staff are friendly

Shop in asda all the time but today I cut my hand on a sharp bit on the trolly handle blood everywhere.i should by rights been given an accident form to fill in but not one was givenThe worries for me was how long it took for their first aider to attend it took 15 minutes for him to attend it's just as well I was not having a heart attack asda you need to do betterIt's now Sunday and still in pain

Use the cafe on Wednesday's get the lift up on the ground floor as there are only one way up to it now, there's no access via the clothing isles now and it's not signs indicating this so always use the lift or stairway to access the cafe.

I don't know why they call it a superstore, it's always running out of stock. Went in for triple chilli sausages today...none. Went in for frozen mixed veg the other day... none.
