Wonderful to get such a great flat white so far from home ☕️??I had three! Lovely breakfast too. Colin and Anne are incredible hosts. Especially, loved the soul music vibes. Colin has created a beautiful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My husband and I are freelance/remote workers and on days we don’t have calls/meetings we find a coffee shop to work, quietly with our laptops, for the day. We have breakfast, lunch and unhealthy amounts of coffee.Today we thought we would give Crema a try as it claims to be cosy and welcoming… and it is, until, and I can only assume to be the owner, arrives and shatters any feeling of welcome and peace.He unsubtly commented to his lovely colleagues (genuinely, the ladies that work here could not have been nicer!!) that there were people with laptops. Then 4 coffees and cakes later, in time for us to look at the menu to order lunch, he made a beeline for our table and said:“I’m going to need this table back as we are getting busy. You can move to a table of two”1. there were clearly no other tables available - so he may as well have said “LEAVE”2. He didn’t ask if we were looking to order any lunch - which we were.3. There were two other tables/areas of two people which would have accommodated 4 people, similar to where we were sitting and he didn’t comment the same to them.I can appreciate that when a cafe is busy, each seat is a premium. However, to be so short sighted and rude in business, at such a time of economic recession is just outstanding.With hybrid/remote working still prevalent people are finding places outwith their homes to work for many reasons. If you are like us, rather than going to the usual chains like Starbucks etc, and you feel it’s important to invest in local businesses then I would NOT recommend visiting here. He does not want your custom. He does not want the two people visiting, a minimum twice a week, from breakfast to closing. He wants people to come in with the intention of a quick turn around on the off chance they’ll come back.

Lovely coffee shop with fresh sandwiches and great home-made soup. Always a nice atmosphere with friendly, attentive staff.

Absolutely rude little man and he gossips about his loyal customers….. doesn’t deserve the custom He also hates dogs and doesn’t even allow you in to order your coffee if sitting outside with your family pet ! Starbucks does ! Rude rude rude !!!!!!

Disgusting customer service. We were spoken to like dirt by Colin, who we later found out was the manager. Very disappointed as the cafe it’s self looked lovely. There’s another cafe further down the Main Street that couldn’t have been more welcoming. Restored our faith in Hamilton cafes.

Great coffee selection and lovely food. Our food order was wrong and some missing. I gave up trying to sort this, and did without. Some staff really friendly and helpful.

This lovely cafe has great food and nice staff so we thought that we would pop in for a quick brekkie business meeting upstairs. The hot rolls and coffee were nice but unfortunately there were two different radio stations playing quite loudly together. There was the usual streamed greater hits channel and another blasting out of the upstairs prep area - which didn’t have anyone in it a lot of the time. Others sitting around us were also sharing their thoughts on the noise pollution upstairs too. It’s a shame that it was spoiling it for so many people. I would have mentioned it as we left but there was no one behind the counter.

Fantastic chicken and pepper wrap and a sanpelligrino. Was wandering for bus and remembered been here prev for coffee food did not dissapoint
Coffee is excellent and so is the customer service. It also has a lovely atmosphere. Lentil soup is absolutely fabulous xx
