Got a fish supper and curry sauce was delicious I ordered on just eat to collect but they make it up fresh when you go in

Absolute shambles of an order . We have used for many years and place has gone down hill . Orders constantly wrong items missing or not what was ordered or the last few months but still given them a chance . Cherry on top was order tonight that had taken 2 and half hours after phoning 2 hours in told it was on its way 40 min later we phoned and cancelled .Then a return call from a very rude staff member insisting we had to cancel the order but this is not possible when it says it’s delivered . She then proceeded to say the driver was outside when we cancelled unfortunately this isn’t true as we have cameras. Needless to say they lost are business !!!

Used to be a good chippy, New owners have changed prices but not updated anything, so charge you more when you go to collect.Food in general has got worse aswell.

Lovely. Was very accomodating with our request to have the chips fried in vegetable oil, for dietary requirements. Service very fast friendly enough. Will return..Thanks.Dietary restrictions: Vegetable oil

Just bought reg chips 20 minutes ago served by young lady with peitcings n blind hair I think, first time visiting, best chips ever, even better than my own, I will follow up on this review next time I visit or if you want to chat with me about this review feel free, best chips in

Food excellent but when ordered to collect from just eat for eg, you have to que with people just ordering normally, maybe have a collection point? I was behind 20 people and when i got to counter to collect my food, i had to wait for fish as all had been served. So another 5 mins wait.
Terrible service! Ordered early through Just Eat for delivery at 7.45pm. Just Eat say that restaurant is handling the updates but when the order changes to 'enjoy your food' and we still don't have it at 8.10pm, the restaurant is contacted they say its all down to Just Eat to update and our order is still at the restaurant! 8.40 before our food arrived - appalling service, blatant misinformation and complete lack of responsibility. Won't be ordering again

Awful experience. Ordered early for at 7.45pm delivery on a delivery app. At 8pm update changed to 'enjoy your food' however by 8.10pm we still hadn't received our order. A call to the restaurant indicated that our food was still at the restaurant! They blame the app and food will be with us in 10 mins - 25 mins later food arrived, don't think the app is at fault! Blatant misinformation and extremely poor customer service - avoid!
