DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered on justeat in late August/early September (almost £30 worth of food) to receive a phone call saying that they were unable to complete the order due to something being down and I would have to cancel my order. I said ok tried to cancel and it says it had to be done in their end call and said that the woman said ok. A few hours later I see that the order on justeat was put down as being delivered and I called and was told it was fine and that she has requested a refund and I asked for proof just incase anything goes wrong so she took my email and I didn’t receive any proof. I then called about 4/5 more times and was always told that there was no manager there and that they would take my details to be called back and I haven’t been. I am not from the area so I can’t just go to the store for some reconciliation. But beware they are scammers!!

Delivered pizza's cold due to no driver available when ordered. Spent £70 for cold food . Should have returned it when he appeared. Very disappointed & a complete waste of money. Why start cooking process without knowing the driver was in place. Not be back .

Always managed to disappoint some how. This time my pizza was freezing cold, put it in the oven for 5 minutes to get some heat through it and it ended up dried out and horrible. Binned. Refund requested.

They turn certain areas off without warning. Then blame head office, even when you call.
The food is great. Pizzas are always tasty. But when picking up an order some of your driver's could use some lessons in how to drive or park

Never have I been more disappointed by a takeaway!After placing an order which came to nearly £30 and it being a right treat for my family as we hardly ever order a takeaway due to the cost and us placing a completely vegan order the delivery arrived and we found not only chicken wings in our order but the standard and quality of both pizzas were completely substandard and certainly not worth what we paid!!When I phoned to speak to the manager and complain about what we’d received I was told that they were too busy and they’d phone back later. When I said that this was unacceptable and refused to accept this and could I please speak to the manager I was again told that the manager would not come to the phone. I completely understand that the store would be busy on a Sunday evening but a customer complaint should take precedent.It goes without saying that when we are able to afford ordering pizza again that we will be ordering from Papa Johns whom we have always received lovely pizzas from. We thought we’d try Domino’s this time but never again.Horrendous pizzas that I wouldn’t even pay £5 each for let alone the £26.99 we paid!

Twice in a row now have went through the whole menu deciding what we want only to get to checkout and discovering they are not delivering!!On phoning to check, got a rather abrupt response and badically hung up on!! Think I heard they are not delivering because they are too busy!Lost my custom forever!!

Pure stinking place, avoid this place at all costs. Overpriced trash and the last time I ordered fae here, they never even delivered..... It's been over 2 weeks n am still waiting on ma manky pizza tae arrive. Yees might aswell wear a mask and mug me. Fulla pish man.
